This takes about 45 minutes plus whatever other questions you may have. I do it by appointment at my office in Tustin, directions here: http://remp.org/id49.htm
Also, I can answer one question now…what do I cost? I am Free to you as my fee is paid by the seller, not you, the buyer! There, 1 down, a bunch to go!
Also, there is no obligation or pressure at this orientation…that’s all it is, an orientation. If you walk out the door and decide not to use me, it is not a problem. At the very least you will be better educated and you can meet with other Realtors to compare what I do with what they do and so make an informed decision.
Call or email me anytime to set up your own, personal orientation. You can come alone or bring whoever and as many as you want to learn all about home buying. All I ask is that all decision makers come together so we are all on the same page.
When you are ready, you can call or email me to schedule your orientation: 714.832.8802 or richard@remp.org
